Boot Camp not opening after installing OS X on Mac
What happens when you try?
If you go to System Preferences>Startup disk is WIndows an option?
If you open Disk Utility do you see the Boot Camp/WIndows partition?
When you said "installing OSX on Mac 10.11.5" just what did you do?
If you go to System Preferences>Startup disk is WIndows an option? WINDOWS IS JUST A FOLDER, NOT A DRIVE.

yes,
Three drives are listed MAC, WINDOWS AND A RECOVERY 10.11.2
I was able to start Windows by restarting and pressing the "option: key.
